What's the difference between Regular and Deep Cleaning?
Regular Cleaning covers everyday maintenance, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and keeping your home fresh on a routine basis. Deep Cleaning goes further, tackling built-up dirt, grease, and areas that don’t get attention during a standard visit, like inside appliances, baseboards, and grout. We recommend starting with a Deep Clean if it’s your first time booking with us.
How do I book a cleaning?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You don’t need to be home. Many of our clients provide access instruction, a code, a key, or specific entry detail, so the service runs smoothly while they’re at work or out. Our team is fully vetted and treats every space with care and discretion.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, all products and equipment are included. We use professional-grade supplies suited for each surface and environment. If you prefer us to use specific products of your own, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

How is the price calculated?
Our pricing is based on the size of your space, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of cleaning, and the current condition of the environment. This allows us to offer a fair and accurate quote for every client, no surprises.

Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly plans. Recurring clients enjoy priority scheduling and consistent results, same team, same standards, every visit.
What is your arrival window?
For the first appointment of the day, our team arrives at the scheduled time. For all other appointments, we offer a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic and variations between services. We’ll always keep you informed if anything changes.
